Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared carefully and usually ship within two business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time

Most orders leave our studio within two business days. During holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays, processing or transit may take longer.

Packaging

Each one-of-one piece is packed with care according to its material and fragility. Vintage ceramics, glass, jewelry, textiles, and home objects may require different packing methods to protect the item in transit.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or returned packages caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after the order has shipped. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, transit time and delivery scans are controlled by the carrier.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at gingli1969@gmail.com with your order number. For damage claims, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and keep the item and all packaging materials.

International shipping

If international shipping becomes available, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
