Refund Policy

jing's room offers one-of-one vintage, estate sale, yard sale, and small-batch finds. Because each piece is individually sourced and cannot be restocked in the same condition, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged in transit.

Final sale items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for fit, preference, color variation, signs of age, or normal vintage wear. Please review the product photos, measurements, condition notes, and description carefully before purchasing.

Vintage condition

Many pieces have lived a previous life. Light patina, surface wear, small marks, age-related texture, and other character marks may be present and are part of the nature of vintage and pre-owned objects. We describe notable condition issues as clearly as possible.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged because of shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gingli1969@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the outer packaging, and photos of the inner packing materials.

After review, we may offer a refund, partial refund, or other resolution depending on the damage and the carrier claim process. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved, as the carrier may require it for documentation.
